1. What are the advantages of working with Nautilar?

As a young and versatile team of interior architects, designers, painters, and carpenters, our studio masters each stage of the creation process from A to Z. Our goal is to propose a comprehensive project that reflects who you are and the way you live. To achieve this, we offer you a customised service from design to the final installation in your home.

2. What services does Nautilar offer?

Nautilar can assist you with different types of projects: interior design, kitchens, custom-made furniture, modern living rooms, stylish and practical laundry rooms, design and installation of custom-made glass doors and glass roofs. Our team advises you throughout your project in terms of space optimisation while at the same time creating a harmonious layout in all the rooms of your home.

3. What are the production times?

The manufacturing of our made-to-measure furniture takes about 6 weeks on average from the signing of the project to the final installation in your home. These times may vary depending on the size and complexity of the project. In addition, an additional delivery time is required for catalogue furniture and accessories, as this depends on our suppliers. Nevertheless, our close collaboration with our suppliers allows us to shorten certain delivery times according to our customers' needs.

4. Where is your furniture manufactured?

Nautilar combines Luxembourgish know-how with European design. In order to guarantee a better reactivity to our customers, we have built a network of European suppliers that offer high quality materials and finishes. Here is a non-exhaustive list of the countries in which our furniture and accessories are manufactured:

5. Is assembly included in your services?

Yes, all our furniture is installed by our team, all our interior projects are handled on a turn-key basis.

6. Can we come to the showroom without an appointment?

Of course, our team will be delighted to welcome you at our showroom in Strassen. Discover the wide range of materials that are available and let yourself be inspired by the furniture and atmospheres created especially for this space of over 140m2.

• Tue-Fri: 09:30 - 12:30 & 13:30 - 18:30
• Saturday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm

7. I don't know the completion date of my new home at this time, is this a problem?

This is not a problem at all, we can create your project in 2D and 3D based on the technical plans of your future home. Once you know the delivery date of your project, we will measure your home on site, order the materials, manufacture the furniture and agree on a date for the installation on site.

8. What materials do you offer?

We mainly work with melamine for our custom-made furniture, but we also offer wood veneer, matt or glossy lacquer. In addition, we also offer a wide range of wallpapers, carpets and other accessories to embellish your walls and add personality to your interior.

9. What are the steps involved in ordering a custom-made piece of furniture or a complete interior concept?

DISCOVERY MEETING

During the first meeting we will discuss your wishes, desires and habits. At the same time, you'll be able to discover some of our creations and our wide range of materials and we can advise you on your interior design.

PROJECT DESIGN

Once the specifications have been determined during our discovery meeting, we will move on to the design of the project. During this stage, we will study your interior project in detail in order to propose several possible solutions and finishes based on your preferences.

PRESENTATION

During this step, we will present the 2D and 3D plans that have been drawn up to enable you to project yourself into your future interior. We also provide you with a global estimate of the project (including installation).

MODIFICATIONS

To create a project that suits you, we can adapt the design, the layout or the materials, as well as the estimate, according to your feedback.

TAKING MEASUREMENTS

Once the estimate has been approved, we will come and take the measurements of your interior.

PRODUCTION PLAN

We then provide you with a detailed production plan showing the key dates and the different stages of the project.

ORDER

We order the materials and proceed with the manufacturing of your custom-made furniture.

INSTALLATION

In the final stage, our team takes care of the installation of the finished furniture and we ensure that this stage is completed without a hitch.
