Design of a TV cabinet and bookcase

Our clients contacted our team of interior architects for the design of a custom TV cabinet and bookcase, both spanning across the living room and dining room. To achieve this result, our team imagined two distinct spaces: a functional TV area and a reading area allowing the use of the alcove space to store a maximum number of books. We opted for light and natural materials to convey a sensation of lightness to the ensemble. This lightness is accentuated by the suspended furniture, where nothing rests on the floor to give an airy note to the whole wall. 

We created asymmetry by destructuring the shelves of the TV cabinet and a bookcase to give character to the furniture. The shelves and closed storage units of the prolonged TV cabinet dress up the wall and make the cabinet more functional.
